A DAY-LONG YOGA IMMERSION

ULTIMATELY, THIS IS A DAY OF SPIRITUAL INTENTION. WE’LL CULTIVATE INTENSE PHYSICAL CALMNESS AND MENTAL CLARITY THROUGH A HEALTHY DOSE OF INIRLY YOGA, BREATHWORK, AND MEDITATION.

SATURDaY, MAY 30

10:00 - 7:00 PM

Private home IN PASADENA, California

It’ll go like this. Arrive at 10:00 am, grab a cup of chai tea, meet everyone, and set up for the first round of Inirly workshops. Breathwork. Meditation. Postures.

After the first round of introduction workshops, you’ll be served a light lunch, digesting during a Yoga Philosophy Crash Course Lecture and Q+A.

Next, the formal practice!

You’ll be guided through an extended, more intense, and focus-driven posture, breathwork, and meditation session. Take everything learned in the first half of the retreat and apply it to round 2.

Then a well deserved a traditional, simple yogic meal. The sun will be setting during the closing chanting session.
