MEDITATION ADVANCED

THE MOST ADVANCED MEDITATION IS THE SIMPLEST: STILLNESS AND SILENCE. THIS CLASS IS COMPLETELY SILENT. UPON JOINING, THE INSTRUCTOR WILL ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. THEN, ALL STUDENTS AND THE INSTRUCTOR WILL MEDITATE FOR THE ENTIRE CLASS. AT THE SESSION'S END, THE INSTRUCTOR WILL SAY, “NAMASTE,” AND SIGN OFF, ENDING THE CLASS.
