THE GOAL
START, RESTART, AND OR ALSO MAINTAIN A DAILY MEDITATION HABIT.
THE STRUCTURE
The challenge is divided into 12 guided and 9 unguided sessions.
The guided sessions begin with the introduction to the physical fundamentals of Inirly meditation and the two different types of focus we’ll be developing; Attention Focus (AF) and Open Mindedness (OM). Once the basics are grasped, the rest of the challenge will focus on the 4 levels of yogic sound. These levels of sound range from obvious to subtle, audible to physical, and in that are tools to empower exciting meditative experiences.
The training dimension of the challenge involves repeated, timed intervals between AF and OM focus in relation to the particular theme of the given session.
The challenge also comes with a digital workbook that elaborates on all sessions, techniques, and themes.

Sessions 1-2: Inirly Meditation Physical Fundamentals
Session 3: Types of Focus
Session 4-6: Audible Sound/Vaikhari Nada
Session 7-8: Mental Sound/Madhyama Nada
Session 9-10: Subconscious Sound/Pashyanti Nada
Session 11-12: Transcendent Sound/Para Nada

These conditions are well documented methods of habit acquisition, integrated into the challenge structure to best insure individual and group success.

THE HABIT TRACKER AND WORKBOOK WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AFTER ENROLLING.
THE CHALLENGE TEE WILL BE DELIVERED AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE.
