The Colorado retreat was one of those rare experiences that genuinely resets you. Fewer words, fewer distractions, and more presence.

The Inirly team created something intentional, steady, and deeply human. They guided us into monk mode, where the focus sharpens, the noise fades, and the real work actually begins.
— Javier S.
Highly recommend! For the meditation curios, Inirly retreats provide an intimate space for curating understanding and awareness of the foundations of yoga. This is my fifth retreat and although the curriculum is familiar, the manner of teaching still continues to push boundaries, all while providing a safe environment to do so.

Spending a weekend with Inirly is a transformational experience.

THE GOAL IS A GENUINE ENLIGHTENING EXPERIENCE.

Method and *Itinerary

Inirly Colorado is a dedicated “sit, stay, and practice” retreat—where the depth and consistency of practice take precedence. The core philosophy is simple: it is a sustained, immersive practice that drives the transformative effects of retreat. Without that commitment, a retreat risks becoming little more than a wellness getaway.

The Inirly curriculum is a unique synthesis of Western psychological theory, evidence-based athletic training methods, traditional yogic disciplines, and a guiding belief that transformation favors those who are bold, committed, and willing to explore the edges of comfort and familiarity.

*The downloadable itinerary is from 2026. Regarding the heavy schedule; sessions are optional. Students may skip and rest as much as they need.
